Mandy Heruer sold her expat relocation business and moved into high-end real estate. Now responsible for the full Dutch portfolio of Nest Seekers International (2,000 agents, 80 offices worldwide, known from Million Dollar Listing).
Buyers in the higher segment expect a certain look. The presentation has to be right from the first second. Mandy didn't have a website that projected that level, and no system to follow up leads in a structured way.
Fully custom-built website. Listings are split across three regions: the Netherlands, Marbella and the United Arab Emirates. Each region has its own overview page with filters. Off-market properties are shown separately for the right audience. Every home gets its own page with photo gallery, description and location information. At the bottom: a direct route to a viewing.
Buyers and sellers each get their own landing page with who Mandy is, how she works, and what to expect. In the higher segment you buy from a person, not an office. The about page tells her background and the team she's built.
Alongside the website, we automated the back office. Incoming requests land in the CRM automatically. Following up leads, changing statuses, nothing slips through.
