Broker in recreational real estate with 150+ homes on parks across the Netherlands.

The company is growing fast: more parks, more leads, more sales. But the systems weren't keeping up. Everything ran on manual work, and that was starting to break down.

Recradroom already had a CRM, but it no longer matched the pace of the business. Leads from Funda and booking platforms were copied over by hand. It cost an employee hours every morning. Outlook correspondence wasn't automatically linked to clients. Follow-up varied per lead: some got called the same day, others after a week.

Contracts were drafted from scratch every time. Monthly sales numbers had to be added up by hand. The team did good work, but the system wasn't keeping up.

Leads now come in automatically from Funda, booking platforms and the website, and are linked straight to the right recreation park. No more copy-paste. AI agents respond within minutes, answer questions and push for an appointment. The sales team takes over when it matters. When a sales rep has a lead on the phone, they just press one button and the customer immediately receives the overview of that specific park.

Sales reps schedule appointments from the CRM. The client gets a confirmation, the rep gets it in their calendar. After agreement, the buyer receives a form by email, fills in the details, and the system automatically generates the sales and purchase agreement. Buyer and seller sign digitally.

All Outlook correspondence is automatically filed per client in the CRM. Dashboards show monthly performance per sales rep: how many homes sold, by whom, in which park.

The person who used to type over leads now does something else. The sales team knows exactly where every lead stands. Contracts that took hours are now generated and signed in minutes. Management steers on numbers that were always there but no one could see before. In total the team saves more than 30 hours per month.
