S&T Corporation
2024
S&T Corporation, with 125 staff in Delft, Oslo and Rome, builds instruments that go into space on satellites. Things like radar units for Airbus, sensors for TNO and systems for ESA, NATO and the Dutch Ministry of Defence. Internally, their digital setup lagged behind the technology the company itself builds. The brief: bring the website, sales pipeline and recruitment automation up to par.
S&T's technology is exceptional, but as with many engineering-driven companies, the organization grew faster than the digital infrastructure.
Recruitment ran on manual work: vacancies were copied and sent by hand, which took hours per week. Leads came in through a shared inbox with no owner or follow-up. There was no central channel to keep the team, spread around the world from S&T, updated on what was happening internally and where the company was heading.
The website matched that picture: no case studies, hard to use on mobile, and no clear way for potential clients or candidates to get in touch.
We tackled three things at once. The recruitment process was automated so vacancies no longer had to be copied and sent by hand. An internal newsletter was set up to keep the whole team updated monthly. And a full website was built with case studies, a lead process and a design that matches the scale of the company.
Automation saves the team 12 hours per week. The recruiter who used to retype vacancies by hand now does in minutes what took hours. The shared inbox has been replaced by a fully structured sales pipeline with an owner per lead.
The internal newsletter reaches all 125 staff across three countries. And the new website, with case studies that show what S&T does, brings in 3x more leads than before.
