The branding didn't match the growth ambition. The website converted poorly. Google was barely an acquisition channel: only 1% of customers came in online. Leads were followed up manually, contracts and appointments cost the team hours per week.
It started with a full rebranding: colors, logo, tone of voice and image selection were reworked into a brand that projects trust to international clients and partners.
Then a new website was built with conversion in mind. Every page is designed to guide visitors toward action, backed by continuous A/B tests to optimize based on data.
At the same time, we focused on technical SEO, content and structural optimization for organic growth. Partnerships with iAmExpat and Pararius bring direct visibility, while lead magnets, funnels and targeted campaigns bring in a steady stream of qualified leads.
Finally, a full CRM with automations was set up. Leads come in cleanly, appointments get scheduled automatically, and follow-up runs without manual work.
The new website converts 235% better than the old one. Online has grown to 33% of total acquisition. CRM automation saves the team more than 600 hours per year.
